Heart is founded in 2012 and is a daughter brand of A.R.T. Fashion, a company that has been established in the dutch Fashion Industry for over twenty-five years. They call the unique design, typical dutch; it is exciting, young and not afraid to speak up. They use good quality fabrics and uncommon funny prints with deep bright colors.
